Unfortunately, that long still had some serious bendage ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) @McMark (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) Sorry to hear—at least it's in good hands. Miss the man with long hair, and good to see he's keepin' on. Mark got outta Dodge at the right time, as the Chili's we dined at eons ago has been replaced by a Black Bear Diner, of all things. I remember what it felt like to see metal being removed - it will all be behind you soon SirAndy and then you will look at the photos and just be glad it is behind you. Your car is in good hands. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Gettin' drastic.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)
The driver side long was straighter, but still bent. And that became really evident when I cut into it and all the stress released. Practically popped from the bound up stress. Floor pans weren't terrible either, except by the time I patched all the little rust spots I might as well do the whole thing. Plus I can clean and check inside the center tunnel. It's pretty amazing how solid everything else is though. Not a bit of wobble or mobility to either half of the car. I (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) my Celette bench. Attached image(s) |

Looks dramatic for sure. But do it once, do it right and never worry about it again. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)
