Fantastic work on the restoration. Even better story. Nothing better than giving a loved one back a car they bought new - and it looks new again! Good for you man!
At least you made money on that 911. We all have one that got away (1969 GTO black with red interior for me. Sold for $2000 back in the 80's due to engine issues (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif) ). |

The next day when the clutch, pressure plate, TO bearing, and disk arrived we had the engine ready to go, supported the engine, popped out the dummy trans case which is lighter and easier to handle, installed the new clutch package, installed the original trans and we were off to the races. Good catch though! |
