The Sept/Oct issue contains a full page article under the "Classic" heading titled," The last affordable air-cooled Porsche 1970-'76 Porsche 914"

Overall it's a positive recap of what most of us 914 enthusiasts know. Their only shortfall seems to be quoting about a year behind the current price curve. (They quote Hagertys' here). Even forgetting about the insanity at Monterey recently, 914 prices have been trending upward in the past 12 months.

Article was probably written many months before the issue date so the Hagerty price was all they had as a reference.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) ... yes, & therefore represents a valuation of 6 or more months ago - not today's value.

Good Catch though Paul!

Unfortunately I recently let my Automobile subscription die, since I had too many car magazines to read (I love to read Cumberford's design analysis in them though).
