I do have the bands at the firewall and I need to do the ball, the housings and the firewall bushing. But yes I will do these.
Mark

Can I assume you are replying to my request about early kits?
If so, any idea of a time frame?

Yes I am. The firewall bushings will be the 1st 8 weeks out.
The ball will follow in about another month
and lastly the housings. about another month after.

I do also have the bellows for the housing at the firewall.

At least that's the current plan. If I have a hot item I need to get in the cue it could delay these. Mostly a matter of ROI and where I'm at. I do plan for a very large cash infusion shortly, but we are discussing the merits of what should be directed where.

I have not looked into this yet but I am sure it will tighten up the shifter - how hard is the bushing set to replace?

The knuckle one is the most difficult. It helps to have a press, but you can get creative with a vice. I could look at an exchange, but only have one handy right now.

In on the bushing package. No cover, mine and the SS clamp are fine. But not the bellows. I'll phone it in. Kudos to the team @ 914rubber!

Pms with codes sent to all at this point. I have included the GB information for the other threads, so if you signed up for more than one you may see a duplicate, I'll try to eliminate duplication.
Thanks,
mark

If you have this on your trans it's what you need. Hard to tell as many have been retrofitted.

I'm also in for the early stuff when it becomes available. I definitely need the hard plastic cover and the bellows.

I had everything out on mine and was switching from a tail shift to a side shift. Changing the bushings was pretty easy. I just used a vice to press the pin back in.

Hi Mike,
I am having trouble catching up on these GB's. I am on 914world only occasionally and it seems luck when I catch these. I responded that I would be in for all the bits mentioned. I rec'd a PM later with GB #'s that I missed. I would be easier just to be invoiced once I committed to the buy. Conversely if you send a code, I should be able to go to the web site, punch it in and buy the bits. I put the code in your search bat and crickets.
Am I supposed to add all the items to the cart then go coupon code? While I really do appreciate the offers and have participated before, it seems tougher than needs to be to follow the dots.
Mike
