6 weeks away. Get your reservations (see post #1 for details). I PM'ed those that I don't have t-shirt size and dinner choice for, please respond unless you want an XL t-shirt and steak. I'm going to have PMS order the shirts in a week. There will be a few extras but I have no idea how many. I'll be driving from 4til4 (aka356) Coffee to PMS for the 9AM tour on Friday morning. I'll leave the coffee shop around 8:30. 4til4 is in Old Town Scottsdale about 6.5 miles from PMS and a nice Porsche-themed cafe with good coffee. They only have cinnamon toast to eat so plan accordingly. If your name is listed on Post #1 and you are not attending please let me know so I get an accurate count for dinner on Saturday. I'm going to pre-drive the first day in the next week or so since I've never been on some of the roads and hopefully find a spot to stop for lunch somewhere near the Hot Shots Memorial...more info to follow. Cheers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) I have some good news, and I have some bad news. . . . (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) The good news is . . . the remodeling progresses at the Monte Carlo Casino. More new bars are opening soon. (I am not enjoying the Primrose Bar) I have been offered a position at the new Money Line Sports Bar. We open in the next few weeks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) The bad news is . . . (If I am posting on this thread, you already know what it is.) please respond unless you want an XL t-shirt and steak. Michael - May I get a size large shirt please. (LMK how to send you payment) No steak. I will be eating crow. (Table for 1 please.) |

I am working with Cary on getting the Micro Squirt in my car so I can drive it at all altitudes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) The goal at this point is to make it to this event and then to LA Sunday morning for Luftgekühlt. Looking forward to seeing you guys. Jamie let's figure out the trip down. Any other NW teeners want to join?

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I'd be happy to bring one of the ladies, since I currently don't have a road trip car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) Maybe I can borrow the Bimmer that's been parked in front of my house for a month waiting for the owner to spend the $330 on a WORKING water pump. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) Or I guess I could go work on my car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) |

Yeah I am leaning more towards flying out. Just don't think I am going to have my car ready in time. Getting a new cradle made to move my drivetrain back. Until I get that back I can't really do much else. It's at my wrench's shop now. Hoping his fab guy can bust out a cradle quick. With my luck he has a 2 week wait (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) . I have to admit if I fly out I won't miss the 35-40hour drive down (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Man I just scrolled the attending list. The turn out is looking pretty damn good. Might just be the largest Route 66 I have been too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

My buddy has bailed out on me (he's closing an a new home that weekend) so I'll be solo but I'll have a room to split if anyone needs a last minute reservation. Also, anyone up for a caravan leaving this area Thursday AM.?
