I'm looking for a source or a suitable substitute for the grommets for the fog light and horn wires exiting the body then the smaller grommet for the wires entering the fog light housing.

What have others done?

The cone shaped one is part # 311.971.909 and I got mine from Wolfsburg West http://www.wolfsburgwest.com/cart/DetailsL...fm?ID=311971909

I haven't been able to track down that small one yet despite a lot of searching. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif)

Bought several sizes of these at the now defunct Orchard Supply Hardware. I would try Lowes or Home Depot. These are 3/8" and fit perfectly for the fog lights.

We've made the correct size ones just waiting for Blake and Matt to get up on the new site. I'm still in training, but I know we have them as I made them.

These are actually made with a seal inside to allow wires to go through and help keep water out, not an ordinary grommet.

I got mine from 914rubber, ordered them via the phone since I couldn't find them on the website.

I also bought a couple packages of grommets from Orchard Supply but didn't use them.

This is a tricky one because it is not in the PET as an individual part. It is used on the foglight/horn wire hole through the body and can be used on the headlight bucket as well. I will be getting this on 5ge site this weekend along with the grey paint that is in the correct color for the metal headlight assembly so I can create a headlight restoration kit.
