When I turn on my headlights all works fine except the driver side goes up then completes the cycle one more time working fine after that. I’m sure something is getting ready to fail is it possibly the relay?

Mine did that back in the 80’s. My girlfriend at the time liked it because it looked like the car was winking at her.

That’s what my son said but then he compares it to a thing Mazda Miatas do!

Swap out the relays (left to right, right to left) and see if the WINK changes to the other headlight. I suspect it will.
