I got the track in the door, but the dinner bell rang before I could bolt it up.

Great work Bob, I always hate adjusting these....space is tight and lots of places to cut fingers.

Just a few (more patient) minutes today, and I got the left side front channel bolted in.

Back to the right side, and prep before the main window. Here are the new aluminum window sill strip, outer fuzzy, and outer scraper.

Of course, the pre-drilled holes in the sill do not line up with the existing holes in the door, so I need to locate new holes in the sill. Step 1, mark the locations of the holes in the door (and yes, that is erasable marker--I hope).

Step 2: transfer the hole locations to the new sill strip.

Step 5: counter-sink the holes, so the screw heads will sit below the outer fuzzy when installed.

Time for the main window. Definitely tinted glass (one of the original options listed on the COA).

As many know, it takes a bit of wiggling, twisting, and swearing to get the glass in place and locate the sliding pivot in the track (with new grease).
