At least the window works and is straight--but still a tight fit when wound all the way up.

Now installing rebuilt handles. So nice to feel the key turn smoothly, and the door lock and unlock every time.

A possible cup holder solution. It straddles the center cover and has weighted flaps that hang down.

Next job: re-gluing the outer shifter leather boot. This pulled loose during my last drive in the fall. I already removed the knob.

All the parts on the bench. Looks like most of the glue (Wildwood aerosol) did not set properly.

Bob, what's the length on your trailer? It looks like a 14ft'er. I'm eventually going down this road. My Bronco's tow capacity isn't great but I might be able to make it happen with an aluminum trailer that's at/below 1,300 lbs.

It's 16 ft. I would not go any shorter since my tie-down points (Tangerine D-rings on the front A-arm mounts and hangers on the rear shock lower bolts) are already close to the trailer floor D-rings. In fact, if I did it again, I would consider an 18 ft trailer.

My Aluma was about 1100 lbs before I added the front gravel screen and winch.
