performance products made them and sold them to automotion. We never sold them because the reservoir already had a drain and a cup to catch excess fluid and we were always careful to keep the brakes in good working order, the cap tight, and the flex lines good so that the fluid would not boil

This is really easy if Garold used his part for tooling. Clean it and pour into it with aluminum filled Polly Urethane and then use that for the tooling. Parts can be made by vacuum forming. Pulling over the tool with .060 or .090 polyethylene on a small Vacauform. I have a retired unit here at my shop.

Set up a tool for cutting and then use a router to cut the parts.

I have them on both of my cars.
they are excellent for track use...

on the track at temp... there is always some pressured over, or boiled over fluid that comes out of the cap

even with a new cap gasket.

so these covers are great at containing that small amount of fluid for track days or racing.

I see no undercut on this part. Pull over the tool. You can see the flare at the bottom.

Easy part. This machine make pull over parts like clear RC Cars bodies. I have had this machine for 40 years

Wasn’t quite sure. I had seen these before and the one I saw did have a slight undercut.
I’ll have to make these to see how well the stay in place, but I do think thermoforming will work. If so , I can sell these at $12 a pop maybe even less (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
