Hello,

Does anyone have experience with the Autometer GPS speedometers?

Thinking about installing the speedometer & GPS system as I am running the Boxster S trans behind my LS with no provision for the speedometer.

I think this would be the easiest solution.

Any tips such as antenna locations? Can the antenna be hidden? reliable readings?

Thanks

David

I have a GPS speedo in my big six. The cayman trans doesn't have a speedo output, and I was lucky enough that I already converted to the GPS speedo years ago. I used an Autometer GPS converter box and an electronic 911 Speedometer.

Here is a link to the thread that tells the story... http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=230296
