1970 Porsche 914
A two-car package includes: 1970 rolling chassis and a 1972 parts car, all you need to build a great-handling, mid-engine sports car. 1970 rolling chassis (mfr 5-70) includes suspension, Gurney Western-style wheels, above-listed engine and trans, all doors hoods, targa top, windshield, door glass, uninstalled/ new Restoration Design floor pan. Hellhole in okay condition. See pics. Floor pan and passenger toe box needs replacement. Driver front corner accident fixed at some time. Body sanded to bare, but car has been sitting. Paint code L21E tangerine. 1.7 liter (ID W0051070). Seized uninstalled. 901 transmission. 1972 chassis has many good panels and parts but the battery tray, passenger rear suspension console and longs are toast. Drove car to where it is now, 4 years ago. 8-spoke EMPI-style wheels, all glass, doors, hoods, targa top, SS fuel lines, Corbeau Classic seats, three-point roll bar. Partially disassembled. Paint code L96D metallic silver. Mfr date 6-72. 1.7 liter ( ID EA049016). Turns/uninstalled. Drove it into the garage. 901 transmission. Excludes bumpers. Someone with skills, space and a dream has what they need to build a great sports car. Want them gone. Clean titles for both. One in Bellaire and one in Traverse City.
