Organizing a Friday drive along the Delaware up to the hotel. The idea is to meet where 295 crosses between NJ/PA. Same spot as last year for returning folks. Meet at around 11 and head to a little restaurant on the canal in Upper Black Eddy for lunch. Then it’s a 2 hour drive to the hotel. There will be sightseeing and photo ops along the way. We have to spend some time at a repast until about 1pm, then go home, jump in the cars and hit the road.

Cool bit of news - The Port Jervis PD have not only agreed to help us get through the tricky 3 lights in town, but they're meeting us at the Matamoras bridge with 2 patrol cars and will escort us through the entire town, keeping us all together. I think that's really cool.
Besides a note, is there another way to say thank you?

That is really cool. My son is a police officer in VA Beach, he says a box of donuts.....kidding. Perhaps we can get a local sandwich shop deliver and assortment of sandwiches?

Unfortunately not looking good for me. Between the new house and new baby ill probably be needed at home. I hope to be a late addition for Saturday.

Good news is my hot start issue is fixed so if I do show up I wont need you all to bump start me to leave the restaurant after lunch!!

Thanks for the invite Dave. It sounds awesome but I won't be able to leave early enough to meet up. I look forward to meeting everyone in a couple weeks. This event is exciting and gets better every time Len posts an update. Thanks to him and everyone who has helped coordinate it. And I'm in to support the local PD as well.

Leaving early from work on Thursday and heading up to Philly, last year was a little stressful traveling up in the AM. See every one in 2 weeks.

Dialing the car in this weekend and starting the packing ritual!!
