I removed the MSD after installing the 1-2-3 Ignition and it’s been sitting in a covered box since.

If you hook up the Unilite backwards, you will quickly burn up the optical sensor/module. So, don't do that. And you might consider getting a spare module or two if you want to run the Unilite., while they're still available.
Also, the vacuum advance version of this distributor can fail in a way that might harm your motor. Probably best to only use the centrifugal advance version only. With that said, they really are awesome distributors, especially considering the time theywere originally designed. |
