Some of the new guys won’t know who we are, but back in the day, we built 914 race cars. K is a project manager for Ford and has developed the GT4 Mustang and is involved in the GT3 Mustang program. I currently work for Ave Motorsports which competes in SRO and IMSA. I am Team Engineer in GR Cup and Crew Chief in IMSA for GS Toyota Supra, and Ligier Prototypes.
But…we got our start in 914’s… they taught us both as drivers and engineers. Attached thumbnail(s)

I remember the E Prod 914/6, you did well with it. Still doing any Porsche stuff these days?

Aaron (Yeahmag) and I are still running the raised spindle Boge struts with the Bilstein inserts you had on your FP car all those years ago. Must be almost 15 years ago that I got them from Mark Garriott.
Whatever valving you put in them still feels pretty good! |
