SirAndy, I'm sorry I don't have a photo of the motor,but there is a 6 in the car. The Andy here show me and started it up for me. Andy is pictured in the other photo of the car by the driver's door wearing a cap.

i don't doubt that, but the 916 and a 914-6 are to completely different animals.
they made only 11 916 but over 3300 914-6 ...

the car in the picture is *not* a 916 ...

SirAndy, you are correct. It is my mistake, the front,and rear bumpers of a 916 are much more molded. All four fenders have steel flares,and the rocker panels were made of fiberglass. The top was steel ,and nonremovable. The 916 is a different animal compared to the 914-6.
