Due to all the stamping formation complexity, it will be tough to get filler to match all the formations perfectly and will be very time consuming. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Using seam sealer will keep the moisture out of the weld line. And going further will require more time. Again, it depends what you want it to look like at the end. |

The proper way would be to use epoxy primer then seam sealer sprayed on the weld joint and you won’t see any evidence of weld. I prefer spraying bed liner (monsta liner) out of shutz gun. this is mine

That's the look I want. And you say you use bedliner? Any special paint to cover the bedliner?

So Epoxy primer, then bed liner , then scuff after cured , then epoxy over everything , then color of the car. Remember to get that look you need to buy a shutz gun https://www.monstaliner.com/ https://shop.monstaliner.com/all-products/o...quart-metal-can |

That's the look I want. And you say you use bedliner? Any special paint to cover the bedliner? Last year I tried bed liner, Wurth tan body schutz and another product that escapes my memory i like the body schutz best, but the bed liner did a great job too. The Wurth material took some finding, but you can reuse what you don’t spray. My bed liner was a two component mix. My bed liner was Raptor, but it is probably similar to the others. Why are all of the bed liners named after some aggressive carnivore? Was thinking of going to the FLAPS and asking for a pint of sprayable blood lust or war lord. |

Put 2 floors, a couple quarters and many other small pieces in using a flux core - works great. Prep and patience are your friends.

I used some raptor as well but that was not near as good as the monsta liner. I did the entire underside of my car with it. Worked great. |
