Adding a bunch of pictures to get this build up to speed to where I am today. Still have a ways to go to where I am today. I know sounds like a VP Harris quote.

Great progress! It's actually fun putting everything back together after fresh paint. For my 914, 99% of everything was new. Nice to get past the messy body work and cleaning and on to assembly.

Your so right putting it back together is a blast. I really like cleaning and refurbishing each piece. Check out my plating system in todays post.

Looking really good Tony! Did you take on the passenger rear 1/4 yourself or have the bodyshop do it? Nice.

Body shop pulled out the dents and removed pounds of filler. Welded up the spots etc. The body guy mostly rebuilds 356 cars. This is the fourth 914 he did.

No way perfection takes time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) I am bringing LE #1 the Creamsicle but there may be a surprise.

Thanks sometimes it’s tough. I had to take the drivers window out because the window scraper wouldn’t stay in the new aluminum channel . I found the original aluminum channel cleaned it up and installed. All is well. Might take the passenger side apart again too.
