Can anyone tell me the ID, OD, and thickness of the washers used in the rear shock assembly?
The PO of our car swapped out and removed a bunch of stuff. I have a stash of various large washers I can pick through, but can't find specs to know what's correct. They all appear to be NLA, so hard to even find pictures. Are any of these unique in that they're concave or slotted?
Thank you. P.S. Is it safe to reuse the rubber bump stop (6), donut (11), and cone (12) bushings fi they're not thrashed? |

Post WTB - plenty of proper parts out there. They are not standard washers.
New jounce bumpers will be much more pleasant to ride than age hardened parts. Same for the rubber isolators (11 & 12) - new parts are available, why ride on 50 year old hardened parts? |

Regarding the washers, I have a lot of standard as well as non-standard. Whether digging through my stash or buying from someone else, I am not sure what I am looking for. Made some progress, but still wrestling with a few. Is the stepped washer far left of the photo #4 from the parts catalog (914-333-503-00 Cap - boge -)?
Not entirely sure what I'm looking for to get these two:

The need for some of those parts depends on your choice of shock make and model.

The need for some of those parts depends on your choice of shock make and model. ^^^ Agreed, this extra hadware I have from a Koni setup differs from my Bilstein setup. If any of this can be of interest if Bruce doesn't have you covered, let me know. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Large file picture for you to zoom in. |

It is going to be a couple weeks til i have the parts plated and ready. I only have two complete sets and want two keep one. It seems @dennisv may have some of the parts. I think the only parts that may be different are the long nuts that go thru the rubber grometts at the top. I think it was only the early Koni that were a different pitch. I remember trying to chase one down to have enough parts to build a set of shocks. |

You are missing #13 washers. Thanks for the photos and replies. I thought I had #13 and was missing #5 and #9. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) FWIW - I took off old Koni's and am planning to install original setup Boge. |

I've posted the details I've accumulated to the Parts Vault.
@Montreal914 and @bdstone914 Thanks for the photos. They are helpful. If you have access to #5 and #9 the ID and OD dimensions would be great. |

@DennisV : I will gladly measure them tonight but it would help if someone could identify #5 for me in my picture.
As for #9, I would think they are the larger ones located in between the rubber ones in my picture. |

@DennisV
Here is what I measure for #9 (the ones showing in between the rubber stopper in my picture (a few post above). As for washer #5, I am not sure which one it is (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) ...maybe the plastic split ones? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |
