Can't get the horn to blow! Drilled out the eight rivets, disassembled, cleaned the points, coil checks out good. No bueno!

Regularly. If the leads are still good typically the tension adjustment need to fiddled with.

I resurrected mine. I don't think the 356 or VW are much different than 914. Here are some great horn resources.
