Was this done intentionally from the factory? Making the drivers side door window clear and the passenger door window tinted. The window build sticker does state tinted windshield for $70.00 extra. Any thoughts out there.

one of the windows has been replaced.
all side glass would be tinted from factory along with the screen. only the rear targa glass panel was not offered tinted. always clear or clear with heating demist element. a further check you can make is does the side window glass that is non tinted match the triangle fixed glass. you can read the codes on the glass. if the fixed triangle is tinted and the operable glass is non = points to glass replacement from a breakage. a lot of info about 914 factory glass is condensed here. http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?sho...363328&st=0 |
