Tony, caliper had to be built. It's shipping with a return label this morning. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I'm also gathering my entire Brakewerks team to discuss your plating issues as well. We'll keep you posted.

For anyone who has never met Eric, he is a salt of the Earth kind of guy. His word is his bond and he has always been that way since I have known him. And yes, he did all of the brakes for my car and I bought my suspension components from him too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Agreed. PMB is the best... it's how a company handles the occasional but inevitable problem that truly defines what they're all about.

Now wasn't that a whole lot simpler than getting on a public forum and airing your greviences?

Thanks but my point is that I paid good money to have them rebuilt to save some time etc. I did expect this to happen.

Bingo

Merica’ 2024 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Just had lumber delivered - they sent 2x6’s instead of the 2x4’s I paid for. They wanted me to pay the difference (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif)

I really want 2x4s

Final agreement: I don’t pay, they leave the lumber, now I have to rip down 30 2x6’s to 2x4’s which is a waste of my time / labor. Sucks for both parties since they lost $100+ on their end

its an international disease.

I wholeheartedly agree! When I met Erc, we were both doing 30 days in the Provo jail for vagrancy. Everyday at dinner, Erc gave me his chicken nuggets and I kept him from getting a new boyfriend. I miss you @eric_shea (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif)
