Pretty sure GY bias slicks (and Hoosier too) are not allowed by many/most vintage orgs.

SCCA used to allow them. I have no idea if that is still the case though.

In fact, that's the only reason the 23x9.5x15 even exist.
They came to be because of a rule clause that only mentioned the max wheel width of 7" but not the max tread width.


That's 10+ inches of tread width on a 7" rim:
