This wasn’t really in my garage plan but I just can’t help myself from rescuing a local 914. 1973, 2.0. Silver paint code. Super solid tub. Very minimal rust. A bunch of Suspension goodies, 5 lug. Goal is a deep clean and get it to its next stop for someone’s next project. Will be coming for sale soon. Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

Not max’s
Tires 205/45R 16’s

See pics. I don’t know what brand this is.

Also, came with five brand new rims, which I assume are for Vdubbs

Nice find!

I haven't had a 914 follow me home in a long time.

Would love to see more pics of engine etc. Looks like it'll be an easy fix-up.

Nice work. And that trailer looks just big enough of a 914.

@bkrantz

I clean observation. The trailer is for my friends 914 racecar. Ideal size. So handy that it tilts for a smooth transition on/ off

@roundtwo - Well done Todd. I would have grabbed that baby too! My first 914 was a brand new '73 2.0; I would like another. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

@cairo94507

Making progress.

Lots and lots of cleaning. Changed out the door cards due to the speaker holes.
Upgraded some items in the center console. Spent a lot of time cleaning the seats - out of the car. They look fantastic. Rear trunk hinges repaired rear trunk fits great/ open and close!

Deep clean of the original rear trunk carpet also, factory jack and trunk carpet pad.

Prepping for the next owner whoever that might be. 1973 2.0 GA case, appearance group 5 lug. Attached Image
