JP, on the Saturday the17th Bearizona trip, have you worked out a deal with them on our group. I will be heading back to Flagstaff with my rental car for my late afternoon flight back to LAX so no Awards Banquet for me, also Marks son Nick is bringing his girlfriend all the way from Germany to hang with everyone.

I am getting the last few things done on my car by next week, since I will be mostly out of town before R66C. We plan to tow to Williams, and then drive the 914 to meet everyone in Winslow.

I couldn’t talk my wife into the long two day drive to get there. But I’ve implemented Plan B. A young guy who works on his car in my shop and goes to college. Please change my second from Staci to Jack Heater.
Getting a second spare tire and packing the bearings for the trailer. Getting a spare bearing, too. Then to the electrical shop to install a break away and inspect the wiring. Then a dry run putting the 914 on it. Check the straps, etc. Getting excited. Looking forward to meeting other teeners as I have done at Okteenerfest. |

I tried to get a room at La Posada hotel for Wed. 5/14. No availability.
I made a reservation at: Best Western 816 Transcon Lane Winslow, Arizona 86047 928- 289- 2960 which is apparently close. Any better idea? Any block of reserved rooms at La Posada? |

I would expect someone with a reservation to cancel and make their room available to transfer. |
