I’m guessing that the search feature does not function on mobile devices.

Not sure if it's an ipad/mobile limitation but I can offer you a solid work around---Go to google and use the site specific search along with the thing you're looking for -- example, if I want to see the info on "embed youtube" at google you enter this:

site:914world.com embed youtube

or for info on a "sticky door latch":

site:914world.com sticky door latch

Super useful and sometimes better (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Google figures out you are the same person at home as well as at work, then hits you with ads for all the stuff searched when you were home; not a fan.

Yeah but the search built into the site is ancient and not efficient.

I just realized that my search function is not working either.

I do usually search google but not if it's a thread I've started and know 'catch terms' that should work with the site's search function (as it always has).

For instance: I searched titles only for the following "+Another +help" without the quotes, and also using my username in the correct field - and got nothing. I actually recall it on something else a couple weeks back too, but found it using the longer method via google.

Not complaining.. no big deal of course, just mentioning it as it's not an isolated instance.

I just did a title search with +button +function and this thread was the result.

Yeah, that worked for me too (tried after you mentioned it)..

So, I went back and just searched for my thread using "Another" .. nothing. Then tried again using "Thread" as my key word - and it pulled up! That's certainly weird (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
