This is a custom 17mm Allen ratchet. I used to use the for the transaxle plugs. I bought it at a tool liquidator who bought out a Boeing plant years ago. It fits 901 and 915 drain plugs. I should add that is not a standard ratchet with a socket on it and you can’t switch sockets, it’s a dedicated 17mm. Now that I have a Subaru driveline in my teener I figure someone could use it more than I.
