I wired up the O2 and the LM-1 with a new Tach channel (I need a TPS for throttle position/load next)

I think this a a cruise speed , with a little more throttle in near the end.

The full stop (3/4 to wot)seems to be about 12.1 or so ( I am liking that ok) NOT SEEN ON THIS SESSION

MPS looks lean on cruise/ part load
Head temp gets hot on light cruise about 60 MPH

This tool seems to have a lot of features for the $$$ and still works well for being so OLD!

Maybe some decel/over run here too on the graph, I need t make notes on the recordings, not EZ for 1 person that is the driver.

15.8 would bug me. I'd prefer 13.8-14.5 cruise and I'd want to know if 13.8 reduced cylinder heads temps versus 14.5.

3/4 throttle I'd want 12.5 or lower, once again I'd be looking at temp data here too.

In my book 16 is "lean burn" beginning. On a water-cooled engine I'd want port injectors, modern digital FI, COP, and knock sensors. I would not be looking for power here, just fuel economy.

I wouldn't run 16-1 on anything built in the 70s without fully updating everything and I'd still be more conservative and lean towards the rich side of things.

I integrate O2 data that I capture on my PC with 123+ Distributor data captured on my phone simultaneously . You have to have the blue tooth version of the 123. Using time stamps form each source I can connect the data. I chart it and can see where I go lean and look at the other variables for why... and can make tweeks to the MPS from there.

Just another option to fill in the picture using data.

Set your redline mixture for 13 or 13.5

Then mid range

Too lean right now.
