Hello,

Anyone have experience with this bumper?

Trying to sort out a front bumper solution. It's already fabricated to pair with the GT style lower shroud. I bought that from PMB which I'm working on for the proper fitment (as expected)

AIR- American International Racing

https://americaninternationalracing.com/pro...4-front-bumper/

Fiberglass with integrated bumper topper as once piece.

I'm close to finishing the previous owner redo of the front oil cooler/ lines, shroud, valance, and bumper combo

The PMB sourced shroud is looking good! Shout out to Eric and the crew for all their product support.

Thanks Pal...it's coming along!!!
I had to replace the frunk vent pan (Patrick Motorsports sourced) and add some reinforcement d/t cutting up the front air duct opening. Way more work than I thought!

I don't know the source of this front bumper. It was made with the fog light grills
deleted. I like the look.
It does have the bumper and top made as a single piece.
My point in replying is to advise you that these may or may not have mounting
brackets attached by the manufacturer.
If available get a bumper with brackets attached. You don't want to do it yourself.
More pics of your project please !

I bought a front bumper from AIR as shown and a rear. The quality is suffering these days. Too much re-work. I returned both items. Getty quality seems best but not sure they have the part you are looking for. GT Racing may have a decent version as well.

No fiberglass is plug and play, no matter what they tell you.

That shroud looks like it would be perfect for replacing and upgrading the Porsche "aftermarket factory" air conditioning condenser box system in the frunk by using a front bumper air entry point, instead of the original "bottom breather" condenser mounting system.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) - I’ve thought that before, just wishing someone would ‘go first’ and report back (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

Yes, a good point. I checked with the manufacturer and it does have the metal mounting plates already installed. The consumer has to locate the final position of fastener on the metal bracket plates so that way they are a little bit adjustable.

I’ll as some more pics (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

Yeah, that’s my concern.

I’m having to do a lot of work on the Getty fiberglass valance which is no fun! Frustrating that it’s so off.

I’d rather avoid hitting my head with a 2 x 4 all over again with the bumper install.

I bought one, thinking that I could use it until my chrome bumper was done by Ben and chromed locally. It turns out the AIR GT bumper was more trouble than it was worth for me and I decided to sell it and wait for my chrome bumper to get done. The AIR GT bumper requires you to fit the brackets and trim it for proper fit. More trouble than I was willing to deal with.
