Hey all!

My heater motor broke and I purchased what SEEMED to be the right aftermarket motor (the uso one on auto Atlanta) but it's way too big. Anybody know what the right part is for this??

I dont know if it is that so much as what he has there is the fresh air blower motor. The part AA sent fits his car just fine, just not in the spot he is looking for.

Not sure if this is a direct fit as this looks more like the later style mounting, but what you are looking for is going to look something more like this. I suspect you could make it work.

easy to confuse what is going one. The new one is for the front fresh air box. The one you wanted is the rear heater blower motor. You need EARLY rear assembly for 914, 411,412 or bus. Rear Early has different connectors

Ah dang, yep, that makes sense! I was really hoping there would be somebody making aftermarket motors for it. I bought this one about 2 months ago and it already died.

I'm not certain! I've never serviced a part like this before. Not even certain how to check

I might be able to just pull the motor out of this and toss it in the original housing.
