I'm looking to see what a 914 with flares in Gemini Blue Metallic (L96E) looks like.
I'm thinking of paint colors for my build. I'm a ways off from paint but wanted to get the color choice picked. This color is on my list along with a few other Porsche colors.

I certainly have the ability to render it, but a quick Google search works wonders.

Thanks for the pics.

I know I can find pics online but I wanted to see some members cars. If one was nearby I was going to see if I could see the car/color in person. There's nothing better to seeing the right color in person.

Colors on my list:

Slate Gray Metallic
Gemini Blue Metallic : L96E
Black
Alaska Blue Metallic : L97B

I was born in June (Gemini) and was going to paint my car Gemini blue, which is also period correct for a GT, but after seeing Alaska Blue next to a Gemini Blue I chose Alaska Blue. Because of different lighting Gemini blue photos look like a lot of different blues. I still love Gemini blue and other Porsche blues!!

Thanks Steve for posting the pics. The more I look at the Alaska Blue the more I like it.
I sprayed a few panels in a Toyota Dark Blue Pearl and I do not like it. I think it's too dark and too much pearl mixed in. I'm going to order a spray can of Alaska Blue and do a few test panels.
