Get that VIN ?

Can the base and stem be removed by loosening the screw behind the rubber plug ?
Or, do I need to remove the inner door panel ?

door panel off screws or nuts,, from underside ... I sure hope its a cleaner install than this.. Or these are Fine tuning Slots??

Hi Jim,

Note the picture on bottom right. That is the bolt under the rubber plug. If you have wiring to the Mirrors, it is a bigger issue
