Sorry if my post is in the wrong spot. There doesn't seem to be a forum dedicated to the actual forums themselves. Please move it to where it belongs and I will know for the future!

I'd like to receive an email notification whenever someone posts to a topic I'm following. I can't seem to get that setting to stick. I can go into my Subscriptions>View Topics, and there's a drop down option that says
"Change To: Immediate Email Notification", put a check mark in the box all the way to the right for the topic I want to follow, and then hit "With Selected". The screen reloads, and under the topic it still reads "Type: No Email Notification"

How can I fix this? It's nice to get immediate email notifications on topics when there's some time sensitivity.

Any help is appreciated!

I think that was turned off due to ending up on blacklist sites as a spammer.
Maybe someone working on the new updates can chime in.

Email has been out a while
I think one of the limitations of the software
Upgrades under consideration last I heard, but a mega-huge amount of work from volunteer admins with day jobs

Alright, thanks. It's a nice feature to have. Most other forums I am on regarding other topics have this feature enabled. Kudo to the volunteer admins regardless.
