There is something special about a great woman and a great car.

Put them together and "Wow".

Everyone knows the story about how Mercedes got it's name... Right?  ;)

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) I don't.....please enlighten me!

Lisa (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif)

It was intended to be a cry of "Mercy, Mercy" during a nite of passion, but the partner had a lisp and it came out Merc ces......perfect name for a drive-in car.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

That certainly isn't what the sign at the museum says...

OK Mrs. K. You asked for it.

The history of where the Mercedes name came from.....

The guy loved his daughter. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wub.gif) That's so sweet.

We are very lucky to have hot women that embrace our addiction to these " ugly VW's " .  They help us when the car won't start in the garage or come get us when we are stuck down the road ( Big thanks to my wife who has done that on many days).

Hey, some of us have very tolerant boyfriends/fiances/husbands that embrace OUR addictions and lets us keep extra rims and tires in the garage. I think it's pretty cool that some of the girls on the calendar are actually teener owners. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving-girl.gif)

Although I will say that I've pushed my fair share of 914s before I was ever an owner. Anyone remember Topdog/Don's fun run in LA way back then? Everyone parked facing downhill due to hot start problems. We were a sad bunch!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Roger, the calendar turned out great. Thank you so much for all the work you put into it, and for accepting my entry on the last day. And Mark, thanks for all your work on my layout.

Jen

Don's runs were fun. That was (is) a good group...

WOW, I just got mine tonight, and WOW!

Did I say, "Wow" already?

I never thought it would turn out so good.

Every lady in this calendar looks soooo good. It captures the spirit of how I believe all 914 enthusiasts are. Hot and fun loving. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

I promise that when I do next years calendar I will not wait until November to start... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/huh.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif)

I'll be ordering one when I get back from Hawaii. I don't want it folded up in the mailbox for a week's time. Maybe I'll have Brian take some pictures of me drinking Mai Tais and hula dancing on stage. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

More Mai Tais until the brink of inebriation...then...go Hula Dancing. It's a more interesting combination (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/lol2.gif)
