As per the first post.. I'll be there! Jes has final exams soon, so she won't be coming. I'll have an open seat as well.

I'll be there, and I'll try and drum up some the 914 guys local to me that don't post much. Would anyone be offended if I invite a Farrari guy? just kidding I'm doing it anyway...
See you there...

I was in, had a co-pilot and every thing. The wife came in this morning and said "there's green stuff leaking out of your car..." (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif) Soooo, it looks like the radiator is going back to Rod Simpsons Rads....again. Did I say (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif) already? Sad part is that the rad works great, just doesn't keep the coolant where I put it.

I'm out for this one, hope I can get the car turned around by x-mas.

Yeah, that would be me. Gorman is the start of the run and we would be going into the mountains from there to about 3000' higher. Was it 4 degrees per thousand feet? 31-12=

Think of it as an "acid test" for your heater (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

umm, what heater? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/unsure.gif)

I suppose I can wear a bunch of warm clothes, but sheesh, thats going to be coooollld.

On the other hand this route will probalby not get any better over the next couple months at least. So a delay may not do much. I would be open to considering a route change, but I don't know where.

Waiting till the last minute on this. Cold is OK, but if it rains Friday night and drops to 20f in the mountains Saturday morning, could have a problem with 914 Hockey on the roads.

This group can barely stay on the road in the dry (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

Stay tuned for last minute developments. We can always do the Mulholland to the beach to Ojai to Fillmore.
