Beyond cool. Not enough said for this car of the month. Saw Marv's 914 at the Riverside swap meet this past weekend this was the third time I've walked around this car maybe the best 914 I've seen. You hear this car arrive sounds extremely nasty turn and look and you know you need to walk over and look a little closer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

Nice! I prefer the stripes on the rockers to the door bottoms.

First time reader of this thread, going to have to talk with JP about your fuel cell install. JP did not do the "in tank" fuel pump install, don't know if he does those. PMS does this and sales the tank but to much $$$$$ to justify this mod. |

Added new side stripes recently..... I'm sure sir those ladders by the wall has something that hold it standing/kneeling against the wall, right? Especially that aluminum extendable is quite heavy even it is an aluminum. With that beautiful car (which was infront of my car last Sept. Seal Beach 914 Featured) you don't want it to get any body dent. Again, super nice and clean car you have there! |

Yes ladders are secured, if you look thru the windows of the car you can see the rope (blue) that is used to hold the ladders. Thanks for the kind words. |

Hey Marv,
I can't thank you enough for your persistence and ultimately a build of the first order! Like many builds here, I have learned a ton! Grant |

Hey y'all long time no post. I miss a lot of you guys. Bottom line is I don't drive my car much at all any more... So I am in process of listing my baby on BaT.
At one point in time there were peeps here on the World that had said, if you were ever interested in selling let me know, here is the notice. Love my car, just don't use it, the wife calls it my garage ornament. This car (for those that don't know it) was a complete over the top restomod GT on an original six chassis with the best of everything available at the time. 3.6 993 eng, 915 close radio trans, Brembos, HRE forged wheels, rotisserie done steel GT car with lots and lots of custom work. PM me if interested, it will not be cheap. Marv |

Good luck Marv - Sorry to see you selling, but I get it. You have one beautiful car with all the right stuff for sure. If my wife would not dig a hole and throw me in it, I would be very interested. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
Oh no ... she must have seen my post - I found a large hole on our property . . 9' deep! |
