I live about 5 min away from the spot and drove up there yesterday. Saw 2 914's and mostly 911's. I got's some funny looks though, because I guess they rent the whole place out. Here is some info off of the oregon region PCA page.

Otter Rock Weekend by ORPCA

Where:   Alpine Chalets at Otter Rock

When:    Friday - Sunday, 8/22 - 24, 2003

Cost:      Varies - please contact Rick for more information

You are all invited to our annual Otter Rock Weekend, August 22-24 at the Beach!  This annual event is put on by ORPCA, and this year we are inviting High Desert and Cascade Regions to join us.  Get a chance to meet people from High Desert, Cascade and Oregon region clubs.

It all starts with a Friday night pizza dinner.

Saturday is a day at the beach, golf or just sit back.  Saturday night is a big barbecue in the parking lot.  After dinner we go to the beach for a big fire.

The place is the Alpine Chalets at Otter Rock on the Oregon Coast.  We have all the rooms, but space is limited and fills up fast so book early!

For more info and to book your room e-mail Rick Sironen at rasironen@qwest.net  or call 503-257-9912
