No excuses. My 3 y.o. and 18 month old boys take up a lot of my free time.

Sorry I missed this. It looked like a lot of fun! I was in Denver until late Friday night, and my parents told me on Wednesday that they would be down from Anchorage for the weekend. I did get the 914 out and took my brother go karting on Saturday. We had a lot of fun.

Who drives a dark blue 914? I saw you gettting on the Ferry at Mulkitio (sp) Saturday night at about 9pm. Beautiful car...but your tail lights are out....

QUOTE (rhodyguy @ Feb 20 2006, 11:20 AM)
like i mentioned, jim w offered to set up a another day at Emerald Downs (a local horse racing track). last time it was a fun b-fast. there was even a 914world.com featured race. unfortunately, many folks had other plans and had to leave. E.D. is a nice central location for north and south sounders. should we shoot for late march or the weekend of april 22nd (the weekend after easter)?

k

I was really kewl! The restaurnat is at the Padock exit so you get to see all the horses, jockeys and the behind the scenes stuff. If Jim pull this together again, I am staying for the races!

Did you get a look at the front end? The one at the breakies has a funky fiberglass bumper/spoiler and then there is the Guy who lives on Whidbey with the 944 front end, he was not with us...

both cars do RAWK though!

cant find the picture from last year... so here is a banana "riding" a lama!

Hey all - great time - great weather and great beer? Wait - no beer - maybe later! I'm the goofy guy in the middle with the blue hat on. Thanks for all the advice - the track was great!
