The rear of my Targa top sits too high? It looks like the OEM rubber stops on the targa are too tall? Has anyone had any issues like this before? I am thinking about cutting down the rubber stops OR removing them completely.

Couldn't the rear seal be the stop?

Cheers

Send some pics. Then we can all make a more educated estimate of what your problem may or may not be.

Kerry,

The stops sit on the targa latches (which are adjustable up and down) You have tp pull the targa pad off the targa bar to get to the 2 10mm bolts on each side.

God no! Listen to Brad, and Craig.

Need pics, please don't hack any rubber, there isn't one place in the shop manuals that prescribes cutting rubber to make a top fit.

Didn't you say you had new targa side seals before?

Does the rear 45ish angle on the seals overhang the targa bar at all?
