Anybody here install Jake's full flow oil pump conversion?
Can't find much on line... maybe I am not looking hard enough. Where does the filter go when stock connection is blocked off? separte mounting site? I see his kit on the site for about $130. Is that all that is needed?... going into a currently cleaned out case. Any other cleaning/clearancing of passages that are recommended? Any 914 specific issues? Some one give me a data dump. |

I have a Jake engine but I don't kow if this set up is the same one you're looking at. It is a full flow w/o the filter in the stock location. Mine is remote. Here are some pics...

Makes it easy to stick a remote cooler in line also (but I don't run one)
