Eric! Awesome! Congrats to you and yours! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dance.gif)

Being that you are with those two magazines, do you get to any of the NAMM shows? Let me know - we can hook up for a drink. I usually try to hit the west coast show.

If you are interested, here is what I (we) do...

Again, congrats on the new kiddo (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

P.S. Mike D... just because it's a few messages down don't go think'n that shirt went un-noticed. Wasn't the "Puffy Shirt" a Seinfeld episode?? As tired as I am today I caught that! Sssplain please...

Eric, congrats on the new one. I've got one that is 6 mo. this week.

And about the "puffy Shirt" - it's actually a pic of Austin Powers. I just photoshopped my head on to it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I noticed we have a few Guitar Players on the list... even another in Salt Lake.

Any more?

i have a mid-60's vintage Yamaha acoustic 12-string, a Steinberger, and a Fender Bassman 70 amp. very, very out of practice.

... I bought an Ovation acoustic a couple months ago...

i've played those, always liked them, wanted one for a long time. and now - just when i can think about affording one - they have a model with a carbon fiber top. OOOH! must .. have ...
if i find out it's got titanium tuners i can only hope my wife likes what i got myself for Christmas :-) ...

Thanks Scott!

I do believe I've been to nearly 50 some NAMM shows... and a brew (or 200) "always" make one go much easier.

See you in Anaheim! Hilton bar Saturday night sometime around 10:00PM? Drinks are on me.

We'll have to mark this time of the year next year for a Alpine Loop 914 Ramble. The colors are ridiculous today. Sundance? All-Star jam? I'm sure a strat will fit in the rear trunk, amp in the front. Bassists will have to come solo, unless your a Steinberg man. The only place I know for a bass is the passengers seat.

Now for a set list...

Oooooops forgot,

Mike, you're off the hook. Hilarious!

Speaking of the 80's does "spandex" mean anything to you guys? There's a story there but I'm not telling it! (or showing the pictures)

I recently traded an ovie 12 for a new Takamine G series 12. Almost as sweet a sound as a Martin D-28,
but with a much smaller neck and much easier to fret.

Favorites include;
Blues Traveler
Puddle of mudd
Doobies
Chicago
and of course, Dylan. Yes I play the Harmonica too!

Jeroen, chili peppers rock!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)
