Yeah, the date thread was getting tired. We're done with that. Oh, but swood's picture was in there, so it will need to be reposted.

Andy, your subtle wording astounds me... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

And WOW, what's the silver car?! Pretty little monster.

Hi mer,

the car is actually a Dutch car, it's a Spyker Spyder T, with a 4.2 liter twin turbo Audi V8 producing 525 Bhp.
And I must confess it's not mine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) but I guess that's kinda obvious. These cars cost about $300 000
I had the possibility to visit the factory, it was nice, and that's a large understatement (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
if you want to see some more :
Go visit the Spyker website

one more picture, me enjoying the interior from up close

greets
Jacco

Hi Jacco,
isn't Spyker a more than 50 years old car factory, reactivated for LeMans racing?
Guess I've seen a story about the old ones in german TV more than a year ago.

Anyway, cool car (IMG:http://www.pff-online.de/wbb2/images/smilies/thumb.gif)

Yep, they just "bought" the name. Marketing stunt to acquire history and a "vintage" feel

Maybe we need a nailed "Long Rambling thread to nowhere" A thread where we can just BS and change the topic to anything that comes along... "The never ending thread." Let's all sing the Never Ending Thread Song!

Dunno, Good Idea?

Sorry, Sorry... To keep it on topic, Sorta... Here is my Mug...
