So is the win a room contest now null and void or can a poor gal recovering from knee surgery catch a break?

BTW........I might need some "physical therapy" while I'm there.......has anyone else had knee surgery..........familiar with the rehab PT? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

oh and BTW is there a deadline date for registration? thx

Technically the deadline is fast approaching...

FRIDAY the 25th

hopefully this will motivate some people to register soon
brant

Brant is there anyway that you would be willing to take on a late reg from me, coming from NJ is much further than i have seen from the ppl that are coming so far.
So many things are weighing in on us actually coming but there is definitly a chance that we will be there and would love to be included.

thx.
_billy

Billy,
go ahead and register without paying.
then we will have another 10 or so days before we have to confirm with the restaurant.

we will bug you a bit as the deadline approaches, but definitely work with you as much as possible!

I've had 4... seems to be a different technique for men vs. women.

For the gals I believe they want it to be elevated often. Both knees for some reason. Curl your toes as well.

They also recommend Hydratherapy. Just the knees though. You could stand up in a hot tub while leaning over the edge. It may be a good idea to have someone stand behind you for "support". It's good to have a mirror there so you can monitor your technique.

Modern therapy usually consists of exercise. In the past, they didn't want you to "get on it". Now they recommend you "get on it" often... as long as it doesn't hurt.

Hope that helps. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

.......mmmm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) interesting.....but I will yield to your expertise of having had 4 knee surgeries.....(IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Thanks E. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smiley_notworthy.gif)

Foot massage is also recommended.....it dosen't do anything for the knee, but feels good (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
