Fiat 600 pulls (it is a 600 correct?) Yep, Fiat 600 pulls. I got one pair from Treadway @Gtperformance,$35.00 a pair.,1 pair from Bruce @fiatparts.com for $20.00 a pair.Same identical door pull.Same pulls as the ebay ones in the Porsche bag to. And b4 anyone asks,I gave the extra set to Brad Mayuer as he helped me out with some parts. The leather pulls came from a local leather worker. He had this neat tool for stripping leather,I watched him cut them from a thick pair of motorcycle chaps. He made both pieces in less than 10 minutes.I had them made long,so as to trim to length when I got home. They are 3/4" wide by BTW. They are actually Fiat 500 door pulls. Do a Google search, there is a guy selling Fiat parts on his website $12.50 a set, I think. I got my stuff from Original Fit Interiors, 541-769-4460. They have everything you need to make RS or 914-6GT replica door panels except the bezels that Ron made.
If you get around to doing a run of them I'll take a set. Thanks, BJ |

Ron your doors look fantastic. You did a very nice job on them. I, too would have to be on the "bezel list". I think I would try using black screws though. the brights are traditional but a bit too flashy for me. Great work Ron. MSG L

Ron, I'd take a pr of bezels (and straps) if you did a run. I'd also prefer to weld on my own tabs if it makes it cheaper;)

How do you lock and unlock your doors? I guess you don't need to if your in it. Do the pulls(leather straps) operate the door latch from inside??

Ahhh, I see the dark side flurishing beyond belief! I to will do this GT instalation and continue with this Purist Minimalistic advancement. I we need to do is add GT to the perversion and all is well; me likes. Carry on chaps.

Can anyone post how you attach the leather strap to the door catch inside the door frame? I have a couple ideas but how did Porsche do it? How did you do it?
