I need some 200 Lb. rear springs for my conversion project.

Any suggestions?

We are also debating if we should use a rear sway bar without a limited slip diff. - any thoughts?

I got my rear springs through Rich Johnson. I also got the adjustable collars for my springs so I can set the ride-height and stuff, to work well w/ my adj konis. Drop him a line, they springs w/ that kit can be had in any lb rating, he'll tell you who he got them from.
