Anybody has ever done business with
this people that sell new parts for 914's at:
www.gtautoperformance.com ?
I order a part for my 914, paid for it, and only received
a message that they're out of stock. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
I sent a couple of messages for more than a week
asking when can I expect
my order but no answer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif)
Any information on this company will be apreciated. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

It was started by a mad Auto Atlanta employee who didn't like the way that AA was treating their customers...I guess it's not much different there...

His name is greg treadway... He was at WCC 05... I liked him, but have never done business over there...I feel that it is just another branch of AA..so I just try to stay away if possible..

GT performance is not assocoated with AA in anyway. SO don't get your wires crossed.
Greg is doing what he can to get a great selection of parts to the 914 community. It can sometimes get very hectic when you are working with just yourself.
Cal him and ask him WTF. He will be more than accomidating.

Greg USED to work for AA, but not anymore. He seems like a good guy, I have done business with him in the past. My guess is he is busy and just going through growing pains right now. Give him a break, he's working hard to build a good rep. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

And now, here's the real Greg Treadway!! What's up??? My policy is to not charge for any part until it is ready to ship. The only exception to this rule is on specialty parts that are non-returnable. And with those parts I always let the customer know what's going on. On returning calls I do prefer email since I answer those much faster that telephone calls, but I certainly don't ignore people. Finally, yes I did work for AA for a lot of years - I wish I could get that time back. GT Performance nor I are connected with AA in any way, shape or form.

I hope this helps. If someone has a gripe with me, just email or call. I like to think I'm pretty reasonable.
