Well... my engine is REALLY leaking oil right now. I'm talking about a quart of oil per 3/4 tank. Howard thinks it might be blow by. Can anyone tell me how to do a leakdown test and or any other test I might run to figure out where the oil is coming from?

are you having some HUGE smoking issues?
My bet is the oil pressure switch, when mine broke it leaked 2 quarts every 1/8 tank. |

IS it leaving a puddle?
Where on the motor is it coming from? Does the dipstick end up smelling like gas? I can look at it late this week if needed. BJH |

I'll try to get under it tomorrow. Been busy doin' the family thang the last couple of days... and my cardboard box in the garage is ready for a replacement (read: It's already soaked in oil).

That sounds like a great idea. I really appreciate the offer. Would you be available some time this weekend?
