Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition. Our chief weapon is surprise - surprise and fear.

Poke him with the soft cushions!

Hate to be a prude, but don't think this is the place for sexist/toilet/ethnic humor. Some are very funny, but take it somewhere else.

Well, I don't mind myself so much, but I'd hate my mother to come in here, and see a dancer I haven't had sex with.

You know what ? I'm happy that we have a place like this that allows you to show your true self.

Queenie nailed it with this:
QUOTE
I find that all of the avatars displayed here do exactly what they're supposed to do: reveal an aspect of the poster's personality

I expect it from Zois and I know that he knows where the line is. I see Miles' avatars and I know he is a nut case like me.

The cool thing about the avatars... people always change them. I figured out quickly who the 3 people where that would post questionable avatars from time to time. I also know that they wont be "questionable" all the time. They will change it when they are tired of it. I refuse to "control" everything like other sites do. I'm not a good babysitter.

Something I figured out in business that applies to this BBS.. "you will not keep 100% of the people happy with your decisions 100% of the time" Once you get past trying to make "everyone" happy.. life is much easier.

Well said Queenie. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)

I might be a little more jaded that some here. I work as a bartender in Las Vegas.
I am forced to work in an environment where I have to look at (IMG:http://braexperience.com/graphics/0000001/395T.jpg) constantly.
I have yet to see an avatar that offends me.
Are some of the pictures and post here juvenile? Absolutely! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif) (I happen to like it that way)

THIS IS SOMEPLACE ELSE. If you don't like the avatars turn them off. Back in the day when this board started you really would have been offended.

You could always go to Rennlist and talk about carbon fiber shift knobs. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif)

As a relative newbie to this kick azz site, but i would like to weigh in. Cars and women go together like beer and pretzels, or peanut butter and jelly.

Cars are for adults, and the internet is for adults. Kids need to be supervised whenever they are on the internet.

These are tame by comparison, and are in good taste. If your 'work' does not approve, turn them off.

You go Mikey!!!! The one thing that I like about this list is that people can weigh in on anything! It is NPC and in a world of political corectness this is cool. I USED to work for a so called Christian company - what a bunch of winers and backstabers (at least there). Notice I said used to. Where I work now we can look at this site - just know who is looking with you.

I salute you Mikey!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif)
But I hafta tell you - I really liked Karl's avatar from the other day!

I recall that special 914club "Sticker" that Brad sent Zois a few months back. That one was hella funny. Zois posted the results..

The 914world.com would not be the same without Zios's classic one-liners and silly Avatars.

No, I haven't me the man but, I'm sure we'd get along just fine if I did..

I like mikez's current avatar (helmet with bunny ears). reminds me of a true story:

John and Judy Boles (former PCA president) were moving. They had the 67 911S packed full. John's helmet, he was a fighter pilot, was sitting on Judy's lap. She got bored and put it on her head. The reaction from other drivers forced her to take it off, to prevent accidents. They got a real laugh out of that.
