Hey!!!! That's me. Not only that one either apparently......

Hey Jim,

Missed meeting you, I was only there for a couple of hours Saturday afternoon.

Missed meeting Randy too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I'm finally getting the trailing arms you refurbished assembled. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I wish I had more time to hang out, I was fortunate to get "permission" to take the afternoon off and enjoy the 914 world... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Felix...did you have too much cough meds again? I said hi and shook your hand and we were both looking at the yellow car with the flairs (Elliot's car) and I would love to take credit for rebuilding a set of trailing arms but it wasn't me....wish I knew how.....

I didn't mean "the" Jim. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Jim (roadster fan) disassembled, powdercoated, and reassembled my trailing arms last year. I sent them to him via my sister (who commutes to SJ from Santa Cruz) and after they were done I picked them up at his house in Aptos when he was out of town. So big thanks to Jim whom I've never met! That's a great example of club brotherhood! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Where's the pictures of the silver 83,000 mile car? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif)

My buddy Dave owns that car. It's 38,000 K original miles actually. Pretty amazing, like a time capsule. I didn't take too many pictures of it on Sunday, being that I see it all the time. I took most of these on Saturday while you guys were auto-x'ing a few blocks away:

It's good for a man to know what he doesn't know. Now if we could just get Tabor to come down out of his office to help that guy with the plumbing problem who is talking on his cell phone... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Seriously, It was good to meet Jim and Lynn... Good people.

QUOTE(Mike D. @ Jun 18 2007, 10:58 PM) *

Just got home about an hour ago. I'm pretty sure I was the last 914 to leave the hotel this morning (noon). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Although I'm probably not the last one getting home. I'm enjoying the FREE bottle of Zin from the WCR. Most of my pics look like the one's already posted. Big thanks to McMark and all the sponsors, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

In addition to losing Allan from the hotel we only lost our child (the two year old) once. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Another 'big thanks' to Scott Detros' lovely wife and daughter for finding him walking into their room to say "HI". I'm a good parent! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Well what you lack in parenting skills you more than make up for in driving skills... If people could have only seen you running from that angry bumblebee that sounded like a chain saw they would forget your parenting skills... Besides, Evan was just out making friends... It was fun to watch Erin run like a shoplifter on crack though... I think she made it from the room to the front desk in 2.8 seconds. A NEW PARENTING RECORD IN THE TWO YEAR OLD DIVISION!!!
