Wow, I just checked back and didn't realize how long this list got...
I meant to add semi affordable to the requirements, but I like what you guys are coming up with. I'll add another, I'm going to own a "real" rod soon... this one is out of my league but you get the idea. Attached image(s) |

Yep.
My dream build would be similar but using a older 142 volvo, and somehow transferring vette suspension, but retaining stock appearance, total sleeper Ferg |

I would love to have a Nash Metropolitan or a Triumph Herald.
I have wanted a Met since high school. Had a friend with a Herald in college, it was a riot to ride around in! |

scroll down to the mid-engine Boss 429 project Ford did with KK in 1969 - definitely oddball and rare, and pretty much on topic in a 914 forum!
http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread...9802&page=2 and way, way cool http://www.diversstreetrods.com/projects/ pretty much any bastardized mid-engine thing is on my list of oddball cool cars to pine for. I always wanted to wedge a 351C/ZF Pantera setup into a VW squareback, so I think that Rambler is schweet. |
